Step 8: In the Tools menu select options and then go to Mail Setup. After that click Email Accounts Under 'Email Accounts' and select an account and click change above the list of accounts, then click more settings and select the Advanced tab to fill out bellow details.

Incoming server 993, and SSL(3) encryption.
Outgoing server 587, and TLS(4) encryption.

Step 9: Then click the Outgoing Server tab and make sure that 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' is selected. An also the radio button 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server' should also be selected.
